Liam Gallagher has been announced as the headliner for this year's Glastonbury's Pilton Party.
The annual one day event, which will go ahead despite Glasto taking a break in 2018, serves as a "thank you" from the Eavis family and festival organisers to the villagers and workers who help make the Glastonbury happen.
It's confirmed! This year's @Pilton_Party will be headlined by the one and only @LIamGallagher! Tickets are on sale right now - in person only - from the Festival's office in Northload Street, Glastonbury (until 6pm this evening). Foals, Florence and the Machine and Coldplay have all previously performed at the Pilton Party, which will take in September.
The former Oasis star will be joined at Worthy Farm by a host of local acts and will perform in a tent similar to Glasto's iconic John Peel stage.
Tickets are now sold out.
