Steve 'Adj' Atherton

In the eleventh episode of series two, Clint Boon chats to Steve Atherton, aka Adj, tour manager for the Stone Roses, The Coral and The Seahorses, and often described as ‘The Fifth Stone Rose’.

Adj tells Clint about growing up in the shadow of the city, meeting Ian Brown and hearing the Roses’ music for the first time, organising Warehouse parties and memories of the fun they had on tour. He also describes how his relationship with drugs has changed and why he loves Manchester, and the city's history, so much.
