Our Future Classic bands for June -

Turrentine JonesTurrentine Jones - Infectious Manchester based blues-rock outfit formed in the late 2000s. The trio, has drawn comparisons to everyone from The Strokes and The Rolling Stones to Booker T & the MGs and the Doors.

Produced by Chris Hamilton and recorded at Toast studios, Salford, ‘Our Days’ heralds an unmistakable push forward in the band’s songwriting. Lead track, ‘Moonlight Is on Yer Side’ showcases Turrentine Jones at their most powerful: a scorching single that blends blues, southern rock, and pop into sinister but beguiling melodies that’s quickly become a fan favourite at the band’s incendiary live shows.

Joining them -

The Ninja Report The Ninja Report - A rock band from Manchester, arguably the birthplace of some of Britain’s greatest musical exports. With memorable melodies, energetic riffs and a fun-filled live show, this is a band with a passion to succeed and the talent and songs to back that passion up.

Founded by guitarist Dom Lane and drummer Max Gore while completing their music performance degree at the University of Salford, singer and guitarist Tim Smith and bassist Kalvin Watson complete the line up to deliver the band’s mission of bringing great, honest rock music to the world.
